“We have worked with Bob Niesner on several projects. He completed all improvements for my new Dental suite in Encino. The work required careful coordination with the management of the building so as to minimize disruption to other tenants. Despite constraints, the job was completed on time and on budget. I am very happy with the results of his effort. We retained Bob’s company to build a 7-unit apartment building in Valley Village. The job entailed the demolition of existing structures, the removal and re-compaction of soil, and the construction of a fairly intricate structure. We were particularly impressed by Bob’s ability to problem-solve the shortcomings of the plans and to meet the unanticipated demands of city inspectors. The finished project is one that we are proud of. We look forward to working with him again.”
